Govt fears Haneef apology consequences

The government won't apologise to Haneef as it could
open avenues for compensation. An inquiry has found the
Indian-born doctor was wrongly charged and detained on the Gold
Coast last year over suspected links to terrorism in the UK. Dr
Haneef says he has no resentment towards the former Howard
government over being held in custody for nearly two weeks
without charge, but wants an apology and compensation. Federal
Attorney-General Robert McClelland said the federal government
would not apologise at this stage of the legal process. "My
responsibility as the attorney general ... is to represent the
interests of the commonwealth in litigation that is being
foreshadowed," Mr McClelland told ABC Television.
Representing the interest of the commonwealth and the taxpayers
of Australia, it's not appropriate for me to make any
admissions."

Opposition attorney-general spokesman George Brandis supported
the statement. "I think Mr McClelland took quite a sensible
position," Senator Brandis told ABC Television. "Dr
Haneef's lawyers ... are talking about large sums of money.
"It would be quite inappropriate ... for the government to
make any admissions that might expose the commonwealth to a
liability."

The level of government interference that is now taking place
with in our lives is nothing short of frightening and it is
increasing every day now, at an alarming rate. Added to this is
the removal of restraints and legislation that has specifically
placed there for the benefit of the public, which is supposed to
protect their freedoms. But that is now a thing of the past, the
cat and mouse games that are being played out behind closed doors
affect the public at every level and will have far reaching
ramifications unless folk wake up and protest what is happening.
It has been well known concerning the United Kingdom that in
regard to surveillance alone, the average citizen is captured on
security camera at least 300 times a day. We thought that was
preposterous until now we have been informed that the same
surveillance is being imposed on all Australians with a similar
degree of photographic information capture as that in the UK.

Your freedoms and mine are destined to go under a New World
Order and the truth is that, all the legislation that needs to be
put in place to authorize any of their actions under these laws
is already now past tense, in place, and has been done so under
the silence of the press and journalists. That suggests that most
of the media are aware and complicit in this covert plan which is
absolutely beyond doubt let me give a couple of quotes here from
the world dictate controllers whose plans are already being
implemented over us with astonishing pace.

Anti Logio – a word that shall be spoken against Luke 2:34

Anti meaning to oppose. Logio meaning word

So an anti logio is an opposing word eg negative word or
undermining word even an accusing word that opposes or undermines
your foundation or assurance of truth.

Hence the phrase is Psalm 11:2 – The forward man (one
sitting in secret who with subterfuge seeks to destroy your
confidence through negativity) sits in secret he loads his arrows
(or demeaning words) into his bow at shoots at the upright in
heart. If the foundation therefore be destroyed then how shall
the righteous stand.

It is saying that the enemy wants to bring us down so he
demeans us using negative, undermining words which rip the mat of
confidence, or the foundation of truth upon which we stand, right
out from beneath our feet. The result then being, confused, we
are no longer confident or sure of what we believe and then we
can no longer remain standing and inevitably we will fall.
