Loving Homosexuals To Death

I am honored to have my
commentaries carried by several different websites. I’ll be
surprised if this one makes it on most. Unfortunately, many
people today love homosexuality more than they do children.
Fighting the wrong battle seems to be a way of life with
"conservatives." As the old saying goes, "He who
frames the argument wins the debate." Nowhere is that more
apparent than with the issue of homosexuality. As is so common
with most of the cultural issues, we continually find ourselves
on the defensive when standing for Christian moral values. Our
opponents have been fabulous at boxing us in.

The argument for abortion has swung on the fulcrum of
"choice." Those who are in favor of the slaughter of
little innocent babies have turned the attention of the debate
away from whether or not abortion is the taking of a human life
to the issue of whether or not a woman has a right to make that
choice. On its face the debate is ludicrous.

But the debate is not about the child, it is about a
woman’s choice.

You’d have to be stupid to be against choice. Even I
want choice. I want a choice in who I marry, where I work, what
cell phone service I use, what clothes I wear, and where I live.
But the debate shouldn’t be about choice--they have just
convinced us it is. If you ask the average American if he/she
thinks that a person has a right to kill another human being, the
answer will be no. If you ask if a woman has a right to choose an
abortion, the numbers change. Why? Because the issue is no longer
about the life of a child, it is about "choice." Rarely
do we extrapolate what that "choice" actually
means.

But those same folks who promote "choice" are not
for "school-choice." When talking about schools the
focus moves from the grown-ups to the kids. When it comes to
schools and what is best for their kids, parents have no choice.
When it comes to the life of the unborn, the child has no choice.

for born kids, bad….parents choosing
death for unborn kids, good. Even their
words are deceptive. Pro-life is a clear position. So is
pro-abortion. Pro-choice is ambiguous. Pro-choice means "A
baby should have a right to live but a woman should have a right
to kill it." Sort of like a Pilate’s-basin of
unaccountability.

Homosexuality is being framed as well. We are told it is a
Constitutional issue, that it is a moral issue, that it is a
civil rights issue. If one speaks out against homosexuality one
is considered a bigot, hate-monger, discriminatory and
un-Christ-like. "We have our rights," the
homosexuals declare.

"That’s right." say many of our leaders.
"No one has the right to discriminate against another
person. The Constitution protects the rights of everyone. Jesus
was for equality, and so are we! We agree with
God."

To quote Ronald Reagan, "Well, there you go
again."

It is important to understand that if we continue to call
homosexuality a civil-rights issue we will never fight our way
out of the box that they have locked us in. Homosexuality
is not a civil rights issue. It is a health issue. If we
fail to recognize this most important premise the battle over
homosexuality will meander down the path of abortion. Please
understand both homosexuality and abortions bring death. I am
always amazed at the fervency with which the morally-confused
Humanists attack smoking. Don’t smoke when you are
pregnant, don’t smoke around young children, don’t
smoke in commercials, and don’t smoke in public--as if
tobacco was the nexus of all physical illness. "Smoking
kills people, smoking causes cancer, second-hand smoke is making
our children sick." They have successfully made
cigarette smoking abnormal, even though it is far more common
than homosexuality.

Fat kids are next. They have already begun the war on trans-fats,
doing their best to eliminate any foods that taste good
because of the health risks. It is about the kids, you know. We
wouldn’t want them to do anything that might be harmful to
themselves. It would seem to me that smoking and eating fatty
foods falls into the "pursuit of happiness" argument.
Isn’t being fat a civil right? Aren’t some kids born
that way? Don’t some fat kids get bullied? Aren’t fat
people discriminated against? Who are we to say that fat people
should change? Shouldn’t we have Fat Pride
parades?

"You’re talking stupid, Coach,"
you’re probably thinking. Am I?

Here is some info to ponder about the "civil right"
of homosexuality. You can find the facts at

• 28 percent of homosexual males had sexual encounters with
  1,000 or more males.
• 79 percent said more than half of their sex partners were
  strangers.
• Half of the white homosexual said that they had at least 500
  different sex partners.
• Some reported as many as 20,000 different partners.
• Average age of death from AIDS ..... 35.7 years.
• Expected average life span (of the homosexual community) 45
  years.
• Gays averaged 110 sex partners and 68 rectal encounters a
  year.
• Over 1/3 of gays admit to "fisting". (Putting their
  fist where the sun don’t shine.)
• About 80% of gays admit to tongue/anus penetration.
• 90% of gays have engaged in rectal intercourse, and about 67%
  do it regularly.

The journal AIDS reported that in the Netherlands, where
"gay marriage" has been legal since 2001, HIV and other
diseases are soaring among homosexual men. The study notes that
"partnered" homosexuals have "outside"
lovers, and are contracting the AIDS virus at alarming rates.
This puts more young people at risk for HIV, hepatitis A, B and
C, "gay bowel syndrome," human papillomavirus (HPV),
syphilis, gonorrhea and other sexually transmitted
diseases.19

Most of you have probably quit reading because you are sick to
your stomach. Truth has a way of doing that. Hey, if some man
wants to have sex with 20,000 men, I guess that is his choice,
but shouldn’t we tell our children that the behavior is
deviant and very, very dangerous? Heck, I’m not sure I have
shaken hands with 20,000 people in my life. You can’t teach
school or serve food if you have tuberculosis. Did you notice the
sign in the restaurant’s bathroom, "All employees
must wash hands before returning to work." Why
doesn’t it say "All employees must wash hands
after smoking" if smoking is so dangerous?

Still think I’m harsh? Ask yourselves this. How many
people would be alive today if it were not for the scourge of
AIDS? Despite what they tell you, AIDS is a homosexual disease.
Most men got AIDS from other men, but the hidden secret is, so
did most women. Even though they call it heterosexual
transmission how many of the infected women got AIDS from men who
had sex with other men, who then spread it to the woman? (I think
you call that second-hand AIDS.) What are we allowing our
children to be taught? Why are we allowing them to be lied to?
Why are we teaching them that eating too much and sitting on
their butts is abnormal, but engaging in deviant homosexual
behavior is "gay?" If you had your choice…come
on, you can be honest with yourself…would you rather the
schools taught your children to try smoking or homosexuality?
Would you want your son to be fat or have sex with boys?

You don’t have to answer. Homosexuality is not a civil
right. It is a death sentence. Unfortunately, we love
homosexuality more than we love Truth. Our children will pay the
price. I just thought someone should set the record straight.
