Global Village, Police State

This months cover article
features a picture of the new
equipment being issued to swat teams across the world. If you
scrutinise the soldiers or policemen carefully you will see that
they resemble very closely the dress of the soldiers in the movie
"UNIVERSAL SOLDIER" made several years ago. You would be right in
assessing that maybe the movie was a preview of the state of
things to come. Hollywood has always been a means of preparing
the populace for the political puppeteers of totalitarianism. In
itself it is a form of mind control.

You may feel such a view is extreme but this is not delusional
thinking by any stretch of the imagination. If you have been
watching and following the pantomime and antics of the Bush
administration you will be aware of the now disclosed paid
adverts placed in all the leading magazines and newspapers in
America (without the public being aware at the time) to condition
and influence peoples thinking to align with the
administration’s political agenda.

You will also be aware of the White House infiltration of the
press gallery as we call it, in that they placed a socalled
reporter in the gallery whose name was Jeff Gannon. Gannon was
fed policy directly from Karl Rove, head of White House, in the
form of questions which he was to ask at strategic press release
gatherings. These policies were the subject of debate but were
influenced by the pro-Bush man to subtly steer the news in a
predetermined path. The character of the person used in this way
is revealing. Gannon was an avowed homosexual, with his own
deviate website selling his favours. He also enjoyed a White
House security clearance which allowed him to enter the offices
of the Administration and of Bush associates anytime night or
day.

Hollywood has not escaped the clutches of White House tin gods
of politically correct thinking. The Bush administration, like
the former Clinton administration before it, has also been caught
out bribing movie producers to include Republican policy and
mindsets in movie productions to condition audiences. This is not
just US methodology nor is it limited to the Republican party
machine, but it is now an accepted promotional strategy
world-wide.

Particularly in the USA, the police and military are being
integrated so that under the whole terrorism saga that has arisen
worldwide since 9/11, there is a very indistinct line drawn
between what is considered civil and military. This is
intentional in that civil law (law of the land) was once only
administered by a civilian police force, not military force or
(martial law) as it is known in legal circles. This has been
without exception in democratic countries. Sadly, this is no
longer the case. The once clear line is now blurred, and is
becoming more so daily. Where we are heading is totalitarianism.
The Bible clearly makes this emphatic prediction and outcome - A
POLICE STATE!

It is noteworthy as mentioned in earlier Omega Times articles
that many ex-Russian KGB police heads, have been employed by
America, and Bush in particular, to take control of the newly
designated Homeland Security Department. If people only knew the
half of what is happening, both legally and politically, but
where are the voices who have any understanding as to what is
going on to warn the masses? This is where the church should
shine in darkness as watchmen, who do not rest day or night but
cry and sigh at the abomination done in our nations.

But the church generally is too busy keeping up its image, and
making a buck. It does not realise there is a threat, let alone
the fact that the threat is to its own very existence. The church
sleeps on while the enemy continues to sow tares amongst the
wheat, which will remain there now till the final harvest. No
wonder the Scripture in the letter of Peter states the world will
become like the cities of Sodom and Gomorrah in the last days of
its existence, and the saints will be like Lot living in that
environment, whose soul was vexed daily (intensely distressed)
because of the violence, sin and deceit.

A point worth mentioning in the light of the above indistinct
line of separation between Civil and Martial Law is as follows -
Civil law or law of the land is determined by popular majority
and then legislated by elected representatives who implement it
and appoint civilian authorities to administer it for the benefit
and good of the society.

Martial or military law, however is different. It is often
called Nautical Law, Admiralty Law or Law of the Sea. It is not
bound by the laws of the land because it is not linked to any
particular nation’s government. As such there is a very
definite difference between the flags that represent the nations
on land and the universal flags that are flown at sea. Certainly
that can be said of the flags of the military navies at sea.

The military flags flown in time of war or by military
flotilla etc., carry a flag of that representative nation, but it
has a border of gold as a fringe around its perimeter. This
immediately identifies the ship or vessel as a military vessel
and by displaying that flag, it designates that vessel as being
exempt from the statutory laws of the land. In other words it
gives license to the power base behind that vessel to establish
its own interpretation of laws apart from recognized
international laws of the land. This is why the US government and
the Pentagon are able to continue with the inhumane antics of
Guantanamo Bay and other such bases around the world. It is
because they fly the gold tassel bordered flag of Admiralty Law,
exempting them from the just and enforceable laws of the land
over all their facilities.

If you have traveled to the U S A recently you will notice
that the flags over most of the official government buildings and
civil authority enclaves are being replaced. The once proud flag
of the stars and stripes is now diminishing and being replaced by
a yellow or gold tassel bordered flag. It has been going on for
some time now subtly and deceitfully - but it is happening. WHY?
The nation is preparing for Martial, Admiralty or in simple
terms, Military Law. This is happening in spite of the US
constitution restricting the flying of a gold bordered flag on
civilian US soil, as it removes the right for civil redress.
Check out Australia and other countries of the world and see if
it is not happening everywhere in democratic nations.

Even the Executive Presidential Orders as they are known, are
now in place and protected under various statutes such as the
"Patriot Act 1, 2, and 3" and the "Real I.D. Act." Presidential
Executive Orders are laws drafted and sitting ready for such a
time when they are to be implemented by a simple verbal decree of
the presiding President. Once they are enacted, the nation is
under military Martial Law and no one can oppose them. It is very
interesting to view the contents of these laws and the
consequences of them. Most of these draconian measures have been
drafted during the time of the Bush Administration.

Here are some examples of the totalitarian PRESIDENTIAL
EXECUTIVE ORDERS –

• #10995 Seizure of all print and electronic communications
  media.
• #10997 Seizure of all electric power and fuels, public and
  private.
• #10998 Seizure of food supplies and resources, public and
  private.
• #10999 Seizure of all means of transportation, including
  control over all highways and waterways.
• #11000 Seizure of all health, education and welfare
  facilities.
• #11001 Seizure of ALL PEOPLE for work under federal
  supervision. (SPLIT FAMILIES IF NECESSARY!)
• #11003 Seizure of all aircraft and airports.
• #11004 Seizure of all housing and finance authorities;
  authority to establish FORCED RELOCATION.
• #11005 Seizure of all railroads, inland waterways, and
  storage warehouses, public and private.
• #11051 Authorizes Emergency Planning to enact above orders in
  times of international tension or financial crisis.

EXECUTIVE ORDER 12919 - Authorizes martial law and the
confiscation of resources including transportation, food, water,
medical supplies, and other items necessary to respond to all
‘threats against national security." But what constitutes a
‘threat to national security’? Right wing hate
rhetoric? Militias? Gun owners? Pro-life demonstrators?

The Executive Orders give legal authority to do this, and to
implement military tribunals. Every politician we have is sworn
in to "uphold the law and Constitution" and yet many are members
of at least one, and even three organizations designed to build
the One-World Government!

"Operation Dragnet" can be implemented under the McCarren Act
– This is the unbridled power it has - Title II allows the
President to legally suspend the Constitution and Bill of Rights
and impose martial law! Government agencies have the names of
over 1 million citizens, targeted for arrest in a "national
emergency." Sources say the list contains names of Christians and
Patriots who have publicly expressed concern at the coming NWO!
(New World Order!) The Council On Foreign Relations admits one of
its goals is to replace the U.S. CONSTITUTION with a "new model
constitution." Their constitution allows the president to dismiss
Congress at anytime and rule as a Dictator by executive order. It
has no Bill of Rights, no right for citizens to bear arms, no
right to freedom of religion or freedom of assembly. And it also
wants to merge the USA with the United Nations.

Here is an actual quote from George W Bush made on the 12th
December, 2005 when he replied to a question on a situation
relating to the US Constitution – "Mr. President," one aide
in the meeting said, "There is a valid case that the provisions
in this law undermine the Constitution." Bush screamed back,
"Stop throwing the Constitution in my face. It’s just a
goddamned piece of paper!"

There is no difference here in Australia. We now have hate
crimes, arrest on hearsay, and incarceration without charge. This
is treachery to our country and God-given freedom. And now we
watch, as we are told to trust our honest politicians and leaders
who would never consider anything but our welfare and good, while
they introduce us to the final steps up the chute to the
slaughterhouse by way of the I.D. Card. Our inherently decent and
pure overlords state this is voluntary and will never be used
against us in any way.

I guess their honest, sincere lies of how they would never
allow the introduction of any card at all is an example of their
integrity. As a consequence, I would not give or place a degree
of trust in any of them. Is this a Police State? No, you protest!
Then what else will you call it when your elected
politician’s state you will not be able to access your
social welfare entitlements without an ID card? What will you
call it when they change the laws of employment to line the
pockets of the prosperous at the expense of the insignificant
workers who can do nothing about it.

The Bible tells us justice has fallen in the streets, and the
voice of the righteous now joins the clamour of those whose are
pursued by the enemy of God himself, the god of mammon. Judgment
day is coming and those who withhold the hire of the laborers
heap up damnation to themselves against the Day of Judgment.
Unless of course the Bible is irrelevant on this matter also.
Somehow I think not.
