From the Editor
Blessedbe the Lord for His grace
and His goodness, as we rejoice in
thanksgiving, for this issue marks the beginning of Volume 2 and
the 2nd year of publication of the new Omega Times.
THE OMEGA TIMES is a bi-monthly,
full colour magazine, sold by subscription
and through selected retail outlets,
which looks at world events in the
light of Bible prophecy, and promotes
Bible truth. We seek to draw comment
from reliable sources, but absolute
accuracy (apart from Bible Scripture)
cannot be guaranteed. Articles which
are not written by the publishers of
Omega Times do not necessarily
reflect the views of the Omega Times.

We are especially grateful to you, our subscribers, who have
made this possible. Surely the hand of the Lord has been upon us.
We embarked one year ago on an impossible dream – to
produce a high quality, End Times-focussed magazine with no
finance – just the gifts that God has given. The result is
proof positive that what man sees as impossible God has made
possible.
To those who have made donations, you will never fully know
how important your acts of love have been. Andrew Smith and Paul
Jones have also played a major part in ensuring that Barry
Smith’s ministry would not die, but the End Times message
that he powerfully presented over many years would be picked up
by others and be offered to hungry hearts.
It is still a miracle to us that this little band of prophetic
Watchmen and workers have achieved this result. Yet there is
still such a mountain to climb. Literally billions of God’s
creation have no Biblical idea of what is going on in the world.
Please pray with us that the Lord will use us to whatever extent
He chooses to touch a maximum number of people in a sick and
dying world through this ministry.
