The High-Frequency Active Aural Research Program (HAARP)

The High-Frequency Active Aural Research Program (HAARP) based
in Gokoma, Alaska and jointly managed by the US Air Force and the
US Navy, is part of a new generation of sophisticated weaponry
under the US Strategic Defense Initiative (SDI). Operated by the
Air Force Research Laboratory’s Space Vehicles Directorate,
HAARP constitutes a system of powerful antennas capable of
creating "controlled local modifications of the ionosphere".
Scientist Dr. Nicholas Begich, actively involved in the public
campaign against HAARP, describes HAARP as – "A
super-powerful radio wave - beaming technology that lifts areas
of the ionosphere (upper layer of the atmosphere) by focusing a
beam and heating those areas. Electromagnetic waves then bounce
back onto earth and penetrate everything - living and dead."

Dr. Rosalie Bertell depicts HAARP as "a gigantic heater that
can cause major disruption in the ionosphere, creating not just
holes, but long incisions in the protective layer that keeps
deadly radiation from bombarding the planet."

MISLEADING PUBLIC OPINION.

HAARP has been presented to the public as a program of
scientific and academic research. US military documents suggest
however, HAARP’s main objective is to "exploit the
ionosphere for Dept of Defense purposes." Without explicitly
referring to the HAARP program, a US Air Force study points to
the use of "induced ionospheric modifications" as a means to
alter weather patterns as well as disrupting enemy communications
and radar.

According to Dr. Rosalie Bertell, HAARP is part of an
integrated weapon’s system, which has potentially
devastating environmental consequences. She says - "It is related
to fifty years of intensive and increasingly destructive programs
to understand and control the upper atmosphere. It would be rash
not to associate HAARP with the space laboratory construction
which is separately being planned by the United States. HAARP is
an integral part of a long history of space research and
development of a deliberate military nature. The military
implications of combining these projects is alarming. The ability
of the HAARP / Spacelab / rocket combination to deliver a very
large amount of energy, comparable to a nuclear bomb, anywhere on
earth via laser and particle beams, are frightening. The project
is likely to be "sold" to the public as a space shield against
incoming weapons, or for the more gullible, a device for
repairing the ozone layer."

In addition to weather manipulation, HAARP has a number of
related uses: HAARP could contribute to climate change by
intensively bombarding the atmosphere with highfrequency rays.
Returning low-frequency waves at high intensity could also affect
people’s brains, and effects on tectonic movements cannot
be ruled out. More generally, HAARP has the ability of modifying
the world’s electro-magnetic field. It is part of an
arsenal of "electronic weapons" which US military researchers
consider a "gentler and kinder warfare."

HAARP aligns with the New World Order under the Strategic
Defense Initiative (SDI) and is included in its weapons arsenal.
Military control by the US will subjugate entire nations by
destabilizing them with climate manipulation and change.
Controlling the weather is now possible without the knowledge of
the masses. This can be done at minimal cost, without using
conventional warfare methodology or personnel. HAARP technology
is able to have devastating impact on the world’s climate
as well as the possibility of using it to change weather patterns
on different continents, creating famine and poverty, thus
destroying nations as effectively as in open warfare.

The US Dept of Defenses National Imagery and Mapping Agency
(NIMA) along with NASA are working on "imagery for studies of
flooding, erosion, land-slide hazards, earthquakes, ecological
zones, weather forecasts, and climate change" with data relayed
from satellites.

Here is an article of note in relation to this serious
subject. EUROPEAN PARLIAMENT ACKNOWLEDGES IMPACT OF HAARP. In
February 1998, responding to a report of Mrs. Maj Britt Theorin,
Swedish MEP and longtime peace advocate, the European
Parliament’s Committee on Foreign Affairs, Security and
Defense Policy, held public hearings in Brussels on the HAARP
program. Here is the Committee’s "Motion for Resolution"
submitted to the European Parliament – "We consider HAARP
by virtue of its far-reaching impact on the environment to be a
global concern and call for its legal, ecological and ethical
implications to be examined by an international independent
body… ; [the Committee] regrets the repeated refusal of
the United States Administration… to give evidence to the
public hearing into the environmental and public risks (of) the
HAARP program."

Findings show HAARP is fully operational and is in readiness
for the US military to selectively modify the climate of an
"unfriendly nation" or "rogue state" in order to make it
compliant in the same way as they have already done in supporting
biotech conglomerates forcing genetically modified crops and
seeds on farmers and the public. Thus they have lined the pockets
of the wealthy and trodden underfoot the poor. This is nothing
new.

H.A.A.R.P. and Scalar weaponry is all about world domination
and control and by it, they will manipulate not only the
population and the weather but the very lifestyle and thinking of
the masses under their demonic domination all over the globe.
Truly there will be no place to hide. Make no mistake. The Bible
makes it clear prophetically, that the time will come when we who
are alive will only maintain life on the basis that the Lord
himself steps into the affairs of men and calls a stop to this
absolute demonic madness. Should He not do so, Jesus said no
living flesh would survive and be left alive upon earth.

Nikolai Tesla

I suggest you do a search via the internet and check the
various historical and documented websites relating to the HAARP
project and then cross reference it with what happened in the
western Australian desert above Adelaide several years ago when
they experimented with the Nikolai Tesla technology using
particle beams and the harnessed power of electrical charges in
nature. Here, along with top scientists, the CIA, and no doubt
the Australian Government secret military establishment,
they set off a charge using Tesla’s coils and HAARP
technology that created a crater in the desert and melted the
silica in the sand, turning it to glass.

Subsequently it set off a jolt that was recorded as an
earthquake and registered on the Richter scale as an earthquake
on the other side of the world in California. The experiment
turned the midnight sky into broad momentary daylight. In the
90’s, I personally read the article published in the New
Zealand Herald regarding the entire experiment. Not surprisingly
though, it was swept under the carpet and never surfaced
again.

The bizarre fact about this story, is that this experimental
operation and project was allegedly done in conjunction with the
Japanese Aum Shinrikyo religious sect, the same group that set
the Sarin gas loose in the subways in Tokyo, killing many
innocent people. We have no idea how sinister and ruthless these
people are and to what lengths they will go in their lust for
world domination. Time alone no doubt will show us, but will it
be too late for many to take heed.

AUM SHINRIKYO & SCALAR WEAPONS

Many may be familiar with the amazing story by Harry Mason
called "Bright Skies." It relates to these same events in the
Australian outback referred to above, involving the testing of a
powerful scalar electromagnetic weapon by the organization
known as "Aum Shinrikyo." Many remember them only in
connection with the poison gas attack on a Japanese subway, but
there are indications that this rogue group has acquired control
of some of the most futuristic and powerful weapons on earth -
longitudinal wave interferometers.

Bill Morgan writes in ‘Scalar Wars - The Brave New
World of Scalar Electromagnetics’, - "For the past six
months I have been undergoing the greatest paradigm shift I have
ever had to go through. It has rattled my nerves and shaken my

One of the major problems we are facing as Christians and
watchmen is that this type of information is so bizarre it seems
unbelievable. However, that is their strategy, and the cover that
guarantees their success. Remember that the Apostle Paul said in
2 Thessalonians 2:11 that because Christians in these last days
will not possess a passion or desire for the truth strong
delusion will come upon them AND THEY WILL BELIEVE THE LIE. Note,
not a lie but THE LIE. We are being set up for a demonic takedown
globally. Make no mistake - the planners know exactly what they
are doing and where they are heading, and as Kissinger once said,
"most men are just mindless, useless eaters."

Their ultimate goal is world domination, the message is
collectivism, a world animal farm and the method is totalitarian
control. Our new socialistic World Order is run by the wealthy
elite and their Masonic cronies such as Bush and Co., Howard and
Co., Blair and Co., the European descendant royal families of
Germanic Ashkenazi ,(Which by the way is the Hebrew word for
Germany - see Genesis 10:3), along with many other distorted and
corrupt men.

Their agenda is for the good of all humanity they say. I say
that is stupidity of the highest order! Totalitarianism never
achieved any good in the past and certainly will not now.
Especially so, seeing modern human thinking has justified
genocide, homicide, suicide, infanticide and a host of other
depraved ideas brought about by so-called wise ruling elite.

Regardless of whether they are from East or West they espouse
a doctrine of socialism (collectivism) which simply means that
we, the useless eaters, should be herded together on a communal
estate by the wealthy and wise industrialists who, by virtue of
their power, have proved they are worthy of ruling over the
rest.

With the use of their manipulative toys (H.A.A.R.P) and guns
they hope to rule and subjugate humanity and this world. I have
news for them. Read the Bible and see a preview of their end.
They are about to fall along with their fantasies. God will not
be mocked for what they sow they will reap. But as scripture
states they will not just reap the wind. God will see to it that
they reap the whirlwind for they will spend eternity remembering
their foolish, ambitious dreams.
