EU – Final world empire

Interestingly, in classical mythology Europa was a princess
(of Phoenicia) and paintings of the woman on the beast usually depict the
abduction of Europa by the Greek god Zeus, who disguised himself as a bull.
There is a famous painting by Titian, "The Rape of Europa." Europe is indeed
fast turning into the kingdom of the beast, as I reveal in the next chapter.

American readers will probably not have heard of him, but
British, Australian, and New Zealand Christians may well know of Barry Smith,
the New Zealand evangelist, author, and speaker. We were privileged to have
Barry and his wife May stay with our family on a couple of occasions in the late
1980s when Barry was on speaking tours of Britain. Barry believed that one-world
government was on its way and that, in Europe, the Bilderbergers were at least
partly behind it.

Barry has been touring the world for over thirty years
preaching that the end times described in Bible prophecy are coming soon,
starting with a money crash followed by a one-world currency, a one-world
government, and a one-world dictator - the Antichrist. Barry presented me with
his book Second Warning, one of a series which he has published himself
and which I recommend to anyone who wants a deep insight into the fast
approaching world government and the secret forces behind it. The address of his
agents is in my bibliography. Although Barry would be the first to admit he
doesn't get everything right, and he does not claim to be a prophet, many
events now coming to pass in the world were foreseen by Barry decades ago.

Barry has for years drawn attention to the following
one-world government enthusiasts: the Council on Foreign Relations, a group
which advises presidents on foreign policy; the Trilateral Commission, which
encourages top level meetings on world government matters, and the Club of Rome,
famous for churning out doom-laden and often wrong forecasts on the future of
the world. One thing that Bible-believing Christians have in common with the
Rome doomsters is a belief that the world cannot go on much longer in its
present ways. There the similarity ends. The world government people believe the
threat is posed by overpopulation, resources becoming scarce, pollution
problems, and so forth.

We know that the world's essential problem is spiritual -
for the most part, its six billion people follow false gods. Many years ago the
Club of Rome divided the world into ten regions and today, in the new
millennium, regionalisation is the new buzzword, with regions of countries
replacing old historic counties in power and influence. World regions are also
advocated by the World Federalists, whose detailed plans for world government I
have obtained. Perhaps the rulers of the ten world regions are the ten 'kings'
ruled over by the Antichrist. It seems unlikely that they will be monarchs.

Alerted by Barry's talks and books, I decided to start
investigating things for myself, and over the past fourteen years have amassed a
huge amount of evidence, much of it coming to me by way of press releases from
government or EU organisations which are happy to tell you of their plans - up
to a point. When you have been alerted to the big picture, all the little jigsaw
pieces fall quickly into place.

I have no secret information, just masses of corroborative
news items which show clearly what is ahead, a stealthy, step by step process to
take away our liberty, free speech, press, and political freedom - and give it
to a world government which in turn will hand it over to the coming world
dictator. Remember this every time you see words like "globalism," "global
village," and "one world"; every time your children are invited by their
schools to take part in "One-World Week,' "World Book Day," and a host
of other events which push the globalist agenda. The whole truth behind this
mental softening up process never comes out, because the whole tr-uth would be
too terrifying a pill to swallow. Those who would subjugate the world must move
one step at a time, denying everything if too much of the plan is revealed
before the time is right. The roots of all this go back to the days of Cecil
Rhodes and his plans for world domination, and further back still, to esoteric
secret societies. It would seem fantastic - were not it all true.

This evil advance of the one world plan, involving every kind
of double dealing and chicanery, is a process which has continued to this day.
One blunder by the spin doctors of Europe was revealed when the European
Commission's media service accidentally released a memo that called for "hypocrisy"
and "evasion" to be used when dealing with the press. In other words, truth
is what these people say it is at any given time. We live in deadly dangerous
times, when truth is being stood on its head and used as a "tool." One
British government spin doctor, just one hour after the attack on the Twin
Towers in New York, sent out an e-mail memo stressing that now was a great time
to release bad news, as nobody would notice! Readers, beware!

Jesus' disciples were curious about the signs of His return
and of the end of the age. Here is what he told them: "For then shall be great
tribulation, such as was not since the beginning of the world to this time, no,
nor ever shall be. And except those days should be shortened, there should no
flesh be saved: but for the elect's sake those days shall be shortened"
(Matthew 24:21-22). In the Old Testament there are over three hundred references
to Christ's comings, both first and second. In the last seventy-two hours of
His life, thirty-three of these prophecies were literally fulfilled. The chances
of this being a coincidence are one in 33,554,432. Still an atheist? If you are,
God has this to say: "The fool hath said in his heart, There is no God"
(Psalm 53:1).

There are many other signs that these are the end times, as
distinct from all the other disasters, wars, and earthquakes the world has
suffered since the fall. The main one, of course, is the restoration of the
state of Israel in 1948. Here's what Ezekiel predicted over twenty-five
hundred years before it took place: "And I will bring them out from the
people, and gather them from the countries, and will bring them to their own
land, and feed them upon the mountains of Israel by the rivers, and in all the
inhabited places of the country" (Ezekiel 34:13). All the end-time prophecies
in the Bible have the Jews back in control of Jerusalem. The fact that these
people were scattered, yet for two thousand years kept their language, culture,
and religion and then regained their homeland, is one of the great miracles of
history and testimony to the truth of Bible prophecy. The recapture of Jerusalem
from Jordan in 1967 set the scene for the fulfilment of this prophecy.

Let's hear from Ezekiel again: "And they shall dwell in
the land that I have given unto Jacob my servant, wherein your fathers have
dwelt; and they shall dwell therein, even they, and their children, and their
children's children for ever: and my servant David shall be their prince for
ever." (Ezekiel 37:25)
