Dear Friends
As you know, significant happenings in the Middle East are
escalating again -– remember Jerusalem has been called God's timepiece. So
much of what we are watching for (prophetically speaking) is centred in and
around Jerusalem. I was considering the passage of Scripture from Psalm 122:6
which says to 'Pray for the peace of Jerusalem', and clicked that we are
simply praying 'Even so come Lord Jesus, establish your throne in Jerusalem -
according to Your plan ...and bring with you real peace'. Maranatha! In other
words, we know that until such a time as the Prince of Peace establishes His
throne in Jerusalem, there can be no peace!
In the mean time, for those of us who are privileged enough
to have relative peace surrounding us now, we can allow the Word to
develop the peace of God within us today. His peace enables us to handle the
mental pressure of life in the West - Psalm 119:165 "Great peace have they
which love Thy law and nothing shall offend them". Are you offended easily?
Discover the security of the peace of God -– which passes all understanding.
Blessings in Christ Jesus
